A credit is an incoming or outgoing Invoice or Credit memo. When used from inside BC, there is no need for additional licenses. If you want to use Biilit application platform, you need to buy additional licenses from Billit. This means you can solve activate your Peppol for 0,03 EUR each invoice/cn.

What is xpr365 Billit?

Conversion from XPR365 Peppol by Billit to XPR365 Billit?

XPR365 Billit is based on Microsoft’s e-documents. Migration is recommended when the license expires. The migration process is explained on the XPR365 learn page. The conditions remain identical.

 

Is the feature included by default in Business Central, or do we still need to implement it?

‘XPR365 Billit’ is available as an extension and can be easily purchased and installed through the Business Central Marketplace.

Do we need to implement the extension ourselves?

We can install this for you, with a setup cost of 500 euros. However, it can also be installed independently thanks to: www.learn.xpr365.com

Will the setup be provided online? How long does it take?

Yes, the setup and necessary guidance are fully remote and take approximately 1 hour.

Do you also support Business Central on-prem?

We do not support Business Central on-premises.

How can we check the status and payment of the invoice?

Currently, we register only one status: the moment the invoice is delivered to the Peppol network. In a future release, additional statuses will be added, such as whether the invoice has been paid or rejected by the customer.

How will the approval process work when invoices arrive via the XPR365 connection?

If you work exclusively with XPR365 Billit, you use the standard approval flows in Business Central. This is an existing module that can be configured, after which approvals take place directly in Business Central.

Release 27.3

  • Connecting to Billit and KYC are moved to a library app: XPR365 Billit Connector.
  • Retrieving document status from Billit with a batch job BillitDeliveryStatusJobSXE. This will only retrieve documents that are modified after the last run, by default every hour. This Job Queue is automatically created when a document is send to Billit.
  • Error messages returned from Billit are now also displayed in the e-document.
  • BugFix: Retrieving the same document several times a day, when the documents was not send to the customer in Billit. This is solved by set wait times between every retry incremental with 1 hour with a max of 6 times. Also when the document is retrieved and not yet send to the customer, we initiate a new request to Billit to send the document to the customer by the Peppol interface.
